Personal training sessions at Temple are tailored to your specific needs and goals. Our trainers are experienced, educated, and always have your best interest in mind. We offer personalized private, partner, or small group (3-4 people) sessions. We believe an empasis on strength, movement quality, and longevity will help you go far. And whatever else might be on your list of wants/needs, we’ll be sure to cover too.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
$55 for 45 minutes | $70 for 60 minutes
These private one-on-one sessions are ideal for anyone who needs specialized attention, enjoys working out alone, and is looking for a fully customized plan just for them.
PARTNER SESSIONS
$40/person for 45 minutes | $50/person for 60 minutes
Partner training is a great way for someone to team up with a gym buddy while still enjoying privacy and customized plans. Whether you and a friend are ready to roll, or you are interested but haven’t found a partner yet - we’ll take good care of you!
SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
$35/person for 45 minutes | $45/person for 60 minutes
(3 - 4 people allowed in small group sessions)
Our small group sessions are for groups of 3 - 4 people. If you & a group of friends or family are looking to invest in your health in a private setting, but are still hoping for the comfort of gym partners, this is the best situation for you!
