GROW

ACTIVE RECOVERY

GROW is our active recovery class- often overlooked, but one of the most important parts of your fitness routine. You work hard in class all week long, and your muscles need this time to grow and repair. We'll slow it down and prioritize our physical and mental health here.

You can expect 60 minutes of foam rolling, deep stretching, mobility work, balance and core work- bring a yoga mat if you have one! We also incorporate PACE + GROW classes throughout the week so that your body is getting absolutley everything it neesds.

Our goal here is to increase flexibility + mobility, increase balance, and enhance recovery. This class is the best way to fully round out your routine and prime your body for life!
