These workouts will be the most physically demanding, as you’ll be working through both muscle fatigue and high heart rates. But don’t be intimidated, though WORK is challenging, it’s even more rewarding!
Think LIFT and PACE combined… you’ll get any intentional combination of resistance and cardiovascular movements during this 60 minute class- including warm up and cooldown,
The goal of WORK is to help you discover just how capable you are by pushing your limits in a safe and encouraging envirnment. You won’t only gain phusical strength, you’ll also increase anaerobic capacity!
