HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

PACE is programmed around the principles of high intensity interval training (HIIT). These workouts will leave you sweaty and ready to come back for your next endorphin high.

You can expect a dynamic warmup and stretch at the beginning, a variety of exercises that will keep your heart rate high and challenge your cardiovascular fitness, and some plyometric focused movements (for your inner athlete)!

Our goals with PACE are to increase quickness + agility, increase cardiovascular endurance/stamina, and of course SWEAT.
