STRENGTH + RESISTANCE TRAINING
LIFT, the foundation of all that we do. These classes are programmed around the principles of traditional and functional strength training, blended with the boutique fitness feel. Over time, resistance training will change your body composition and increase your resting energy output.
You can expect compound movements, accessory work, stability training and more with our signature LIFT class. So whether we’re using barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells, bands, or more- you can be sure that every move you do is carefully planned and programmed.
Our goals during LIFT are to gain strength, maintain and/or build muscle, increase range joint range of motion, and to move well under resitance.
